We offer a 30 day refund return policy for customers that are unsatisfied with the product where it has not performed as described.
If there are concerns about the product's ability to perform a specific function, we ask that an enquiry is made prior to purchase.
For all returns packaging must be retained and returned with all items cleaned within 30 days of purchase.
The product must have been purchased directly from eu.modappliances.com or www.modappliances.co.uk. The original purchaser must be the person iniating the return.
A request to return the product must be made within 30 days of purchasing the product. Request to return can only be made by emailing our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will provide you with a return shipping label, and a fee of €20 or £20 will be deducted from your refund, which covers both the return fee and administration of returning the product to us.
Acceptable conditions for returning product(s):
Brand new - unused with all original packaging and items included.
Used - must be in clean, and good physical working condition. The product and components should not be physically broken or damaged in any way.
Please note that a cleaning fee of €90 or £90 will be deducted if returning products are received unwashed or unclean.
We strongly recommend to use original packaging for used returns to help protect the product during transit, and avoid damaged
All parts and accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
The return label provded must be attached to the outsisde of on carton used to return the product(s).
Do not return your product without first contacting customer service and receiving confirmation to return it.
Please note that MOD Appliances are not responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged during transit or where the address sent to is incorrect, or the name/order number not attached to outer carton.
Return Inspection will be completed within 4 weeks of your items being receipted at our warehouse. Approved refunds will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. The refund may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your billing statement. Refunds and credit for all returns will be refunded in the same manner as the original payment.
Customer also assumes the risks of loss or damage to the returning products while in transit to our facility.
MOD Appliances retains the right to either refuse acceptance of the return or charge the customer a restocking fee of 35% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
